Best New Dubstep Producers to Watch in 2026
A dated watchlist built from Dubstep Mag’s 2026 reporting, not a fake top 10 of unknown names.
Table of contents
This magazine does not keep a secret bench of “new” producers with invented breakout singles. An honest 2026 watchlist is the names we already filed with dates, bills, and credits: francophone artists moving onto international posters, and the people still pushing project-by-project releases after Never Say Die’s June return. If you wanted ten strangers with fake SoundCloud stats, close the tab.
What “new” means on this list
“New” here means newly visible on the international calendar in our 2026 coverage, not brand-new to production. SampliFire, IVORY, and roi* already had archives on this site, and Diskirz does too. What changed is where their names print in 2026: Lost Lands, Never Say Die Vol. 7, Paris and Lyon bills, Europe and Canada booking talk.
The established festival spine is still Excision, Subtronics, Eptic, Svdden Death, Virtual Riot, and the rest of our artist-of-the-month series from January through December. Those pages are the map of who already leads the festival year. This article sits beside that map. It does not replace it. For festival weekends rather than producers, use /news/best-dubstep-festivals-2026/.
Francophone names with 2026 proof
SampliFire’s Disciple signing is older news (archive). The 2026 international proof on file is the INFEKT b2b Samplifire set at Lost Lands 2026, named in EDM.com’s festival coverage. Production beginners still have his notes at /news/5-tips-for-getting-started-with-production-by-samplifire/.
IVORY sits on the Beatport credit list for Never Say Die Vol. 7, released 5 June 2026. Our interview record is at /interview/interview-ivory-my-fans-help-me-to-advance-towards-my-dreams-my-goals/. That is a compilation credit, not a claim that IVORY “won” 2026.
roi*’s 2026 interview describes riddim in simple terms, notes that Skrillex has played his music, and talks booking in Europe and Canada (English interview). Live dates already on our agenda: Ohlala in Paris with Svdden Death, YVM3, HVDES and more on 29 May 2026, then Open Bass 55 in Lyon on 20 June 2026 with OS, Oskar and Naha.
Diskirz joined Bassweight Records in an older news post and still has interview and Sequence EP focus pieces on the site. Follow the next EP from that lane rather than waiting for a French label chart that this magazine does not have for 2026.
Label and festival doors that still open
Public releases establish activity in 2026: Vol. 7 on 5 June, Legacy on 3 July, Cracks Begin To Show on 7 August and Play With Fire on 28 August. The dates appear in the label catalogue on Apple Music. They do not establish contract policy or an open demo inbox; use the label’s official channels for submission information.
Apple Music and Spotify show Never Say Die Legacy remixes dated 3 July 2026. We have not reviewed every remix. Say that and move on.
Lost Lands 2026 (18–20 September, Legend Valley, Ohio) remains the live peak for festival dubstep this year. Special sets named in the EDM.com review include Subtronics b2b LEVEL UP, ALLEYCVT b2b Crankdat, Eptic b2b LYNY, Sullivan King b2b Ray Volpe, and INFEKT b2b Samplifire. If a producer you follow is hunting that tier of bill, that weekend is the reference, not a YouTube “new talent” playlist.
How to watch without inventing a chart
Open the artist-of-the-month series for the established names: January Subtronics through December Mala. Cross-check Beatport’s Dubstep top 100 knowing it measures shop sales and misses SoundCloud-only dubs. Dig SoundCloud for riddim and deep UK mixes rather than treating Spotify editorial covers as the underground.
For French dates that already happened in 2026, the agenda still holds Ohlala, Glue Recordings x Claclaclac, WOBO 46, Sillage 03, Open Bass 55, and Enter the Multiverse. City archives sit at /soirees/ville/paris/ and /soirees/ville/lyon/. Next clicks: /soirees/ for live dates, /news/producteurs-dubstep-emergents-2026/ for the French twin of this list, and the NSD Q&A linked above for how releases actually land now.

Distinguish Bassweight Records, named in the Diskirz archive, from the bassweight.net blog. The blog’s Alix Perez post does not establish a connection with that label.
