“Best” means an editorial selection here, not an official ranking. These six releases provide a starting point with artist credits and dates confirmed by distributor records. The selection spans dubstep and neighbouring bass collaborations; it is not exhaustive.

Six 2026 releases to explore

Each link opens a specific release rather than a generic search. Vocal collaborations Eyes Cut Deeper and Fall Back to Nothing offer a different entry from the more festival-facing tracks. Play With Fire pairs SampliFire with Jkyl & Hyde for a francophone connection.

Compilations, mixes and individual songs

Never Say Die Vol. 7 is a compilation released on 5 June 2026, with 25 tracks listed on Apple Music. SKisM’s retrospective mix, described by EDM.com as combining 100 tracks, is a distinct format. Legacy, released on 3 July, is a remix collection. Both broaden the listening list without constituting a ranking of the year.

Fibonacci by Subtronics remains a listening reference, but Apple Music dates it to 5 December 2025. Its tracks should not be represented as new 2026 releases.

How to extend the selection

Beatport’s Dubstep Top 100 indicates sales on that shop. It does not measure all listening, radio plays or unreleased music. Check a release record for its date; an upload or festival performance does not guarantee a commercial release.

For longer formats, use the albums and EPs guide. For performances, start with the official Lost Lands site and our replay guide.
